The short version
- We collect only what we need to call you back about a roof — name, phone, ZIP. Email and street address are optional.
- We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers or trade leads.
- We use a few standard tools — Formspree to receive the form, Calendly to book a call, Google Analytics to see what's working on the site, and Cloudflare to keep bots out.
- If you opt in to texts, we'll send confirmation/scheduling messages. Reply STOP anytime.

What we collect
- From the estimate form: name, phone, ZIP (required); email and street address (optional); the service type, urgency, and whether you opted in to texts.
- From Calendly (if you book a call): your name, email, phone, and the time slot you picked.
- Automatically: pages visited, device type, approximate city/region from your IP, and the referring website.
How we use it
- To call, text, or email you back about your estimate.
- To schedule and run the on-site visit or phone consult.
- To understand which parts of the website are useful.
- To keep bots and spam out.
We don't profile you, target ads at you, or feed your info into automated decisions.
What we don't do
- Sell or rent your personal information.
- Share it for cross-context advertising or with data brokers.
- Trade leads with other contractors or adjusters.
- Send marketing emails or run a newsletter.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies for three purposes: keeping the site working (security, form submission), counting visitors (Google Analytics), and short-lived bot protection (Cloudflare). We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time — and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as opt-out requests.
Text messages
If you check the SMS box on the form, we'll send a confirmation text and follow-ups about your project. Reply STOP at any time to opt out — you'll get one confirmation and we won't text you again. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can email palisaderoofing@gmail.com or call (423) 549-2065 and ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you.
- Correct anything wrong.
- Delete it (subject to limited legal exceptions).
- Stop contacting you — including text (reply STOP), email, and phone.
We'll respond within 45 days. California, Tennessee, and other state-specific privacy rights apply where the law requires — but because we don't sell information, don't share it for advertising, and don't collect sensitive data, most state-specific opt-out provisions don't apply to us. We're not subject to GDPR, HIPAA, or COPPA, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security and retention
The site is HTTPS-only. We don't keep a database of leads — estimates arrive as emails to palisaderoofing@gmail.com. We keep what we need to serve you and the business records the law requires; we honor deletion requests as described above.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date and note material changes here.
